MaxMyPay by Rolejitsu, operated by General Counsel Solutions LLC, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date. This applies to monthly subscription charges and to one-time add-ons.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or contact us at support@maxmypay.com and we will raise it for you. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days of approval.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal inside the app. Cancelling stops future renewals, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal and you keep your current features until then.
Paddle's policy
Paddle's own refund policy also applies to your purchase, including any statutory rights you have in your country.
