Who you are contracting with
MaxMyPay by Rolejitsu is operated by General Counsel Solutions LLC ("we", "us"). These terms form an agreement between you and General Counsel Solutions LLC. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age to enter into a contract.
Acceptance
By creating an account or continuing to use MaxMyPay by Rolejitsu, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
What the service does
MaxMyPay by Rolejitsu estimates your compensation range and marketability from information you provide (profile, resume, links you share) combined with market reference data, and offers AI-assisted resume tailoring, live role matching and offer analysis. Estimates, scores, matches, scripts and analyses are informational guidance only. They are not financial, legal, tax or employment advice, are not a promise of any salary, offer or outcome, and should be reviewed by you before you rely on them.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the service unlawfully or for fraud, spam or misrepresentation;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property or upload content you have no right to use;
- interfere with security — no malware, probing, scraping, rate-limit circumvention or unauthorised access;
- reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service or its outputs as a competing product;
- submit another person's resume, offer or personal data without their permission.
AI features and your content
Some features send your inputs to third-party AI models to generate outputs. You are responsible for your prompts, for the content you upload, for having the rights to it, and for verifying outputs before using them. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and must not be treated as regulated professional advice without your own review. You must not use the AI features to produce unlawful, deceptive or infringing content, including fabricated employment history, deepfakes, harassment or malware.
You keep ownership of the content you submit and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service to you. We may remove or restrict content, filter or refuse outputs, and suspend accounts where content breaches these terms. Rights holders can report infringing content to support@maxmypay.com; repeat infringement leads to termination.
Our intellectual property
We retain all rights in the service, including software, models, datasets, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have selected.
Service level
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Payment and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal, and you keep your current plan's features until then. Cancelling stops future renewals and keeps your access until the end of the period you have already paid for. One-time add-ons grant a single use credit that does not expire and is not transferable.

Reseller / Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not permit exclusion.
You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.
Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which General Counsel Solutions LLC is established, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
